More than just a clothing label
When you place an order and join the #GDNZSQUAD not only are you going to receive a kick-ass package of your new threads on your doorstep but a percentage of your purchase will go to a chosen charity for the month. Read more about our values on Community + Connection here.
As well as that, everything included in your package, right down to the post bag, has been consciously chosen with sustainability and ethics in mind.
We don't just make epic clothing. We look after the people and the planet.
Every month we donate a percentage of our sales to a cause or charity. This month our chosen organisation is Project Blue.
$10 from every The Connected Necklace purchased will be going to Project Blue.
Project Blue is made up of 25 ocean lovers, wanting to not only do their bit to remove single use plastic but working to help companies do their part too. Considering the entirety of our country could almost be considered a beachside town, this is even more important for us to get behind as a community.
Project Blue's mission is to provide real-world, researched and proven solutions to remove, reduce, and replace plastics by sustainable alternatives, in that order. They are passionate about educating both producers and consumers to rely less on plastic in the first place, and know that the flow on effects for a sustainable future will be invaluable.
We share the same passions with Project Blue and are over the moon to get behind them this month and we know you, the #GDNZSQUAD will be too! $10 from every The Connected Necklace purchased will be going to Project Blue.
Sustainability + Ethics
We are here to look after the people and the planet while empowering you to do the same. A goal we are digging here at GDNZ The Label is to be supporting only ethical and sustainable manufacturers by 2020.
We're already ticking things off like offering organic cotton garment options, choosing tee suppliers with an A- ethical rating (Tearfund Ethical Fashion Report 2019), working with rad humans who print using water based ink and choosing recyclable and compostable packaging.
